Andrew L. Larson was born October 12, 1874 in Sweden. He emigrated to America, arriving in New York City on March 20, 1891, when he was 16 years old. He was married to Ellen Victoria Lynn in 1903, and they had a son, Vernon, and three daughters: Laura Margaret Marie (b. July 19, 1903), Lillian A. (b. ci. 1908), and LaVon Geraldine (b. April 9, 1913). The family lived in Logan, Dodge, Nebraska. Andrew died at the age of 47, in 1922. He was buried at the Baptist cemetery south of Uehling, Nebraska.
